"Genuine salvation will always produce genuine transformation. 2 Cor. 5:17 says "" therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come!"" (ESV). The moment we are justified (saved) is the same moment we begin the journey of sanctification. We leave our 'old' life behind and begin our 'new' life following Christ. Sin still tempts, but as we walk in obedience growing in faith and holiness, and abiding in Christ, we sin less! We carry on in the knowledge that one day soon, we will be made perfectly sinless in His Presence forever.
