What do you need to live? Food, water, shelter, relationships? In Mathew 4:4, Jesus confronts temptation of physical food with truth; truth that God's Word sustains us until the end of our days. When we experience hardship and suffering and we may feel tempted to remedy it with a commodity. We may begin to think that everything we need in life can be bought and consumed like food.
