Wisdom is seeing life from God’s perspective, and it’s something we especially need during trials. James 1:5–8 shows us how essential wisdom is, how to receive it, and how we sometimes miss it. Wisdom comes from God, and Jesus is the embodiment of that wisdom—so the more we pursue Him, the wiser we become. The good news? God wants to give us wisdom.
