What does character mean to you? Does character have value? In Luke 20:20-26, Jesus details the well-known Beatitudes. He shares truth that can be hard to swallow and leads us to live for Him. If you sense that the approval of man, wealth, material possessions, and self-centredness is distracting you from following Jesus, then turn to Him! Jesus gave the Holy Spirit who can bestow the strength and joy you need to destroy idols and live a life that glorifies Him.
