The greatest gift we can receive is the gift of salvation. At the moment of conversion, we are justified—saved from the penalty of sin, declared innocent, and clothed in the righteousness of Christ. But that’s just the beginning! From that point on, we enter the lifelong journey of sanctification—growing in faith, bearing spiritual fruit, and becoming more like our Savior, Jesus. This process continues throughout our lives until the day we are glorified—made perfect in Christ and completely free from the presence of sin.
