James reminded us in Chapter 2, and throughout this letter, that true faith involves action: we are to 'put feet to our faith'. James concludes his letter with an exhortation to fellow Christ-followers to go after those who have wandered from the truth. Believers are to look out for each other and encourage one another to remain steadfast in their commitment to Christ and obedience to God. If we see someone getting tangled up in sin, we ought to consider ways to love and lead that person to repent and seek God’s forgiveness. Then the true believer will be restored and reconciled to Christ.
