Just as Jesus faced a monumental trial in the Garden of Gethsemane, we too face moments of agony, confusion, and fear. Yet, in those moments, we are called to pray honestly, to submit our will to God’s, and to remain vigilant in our spiritual lives. The example of Jesus in Gethsemane encourages us not only to trust in God during our darkest times but also to model the same obedience and reliance on God that Jesus demonstrated on the night before his crucifixion.
