Salvation frees us from the penalty of sin, yet the presence of sin remains a daily reality and struggle for every follower of Christ. Though no longer enslaved or controlled by sin, we are called to live as those who are truly free. In today’s passage, the Lord commands us to “let not” sin reign in our bodies. This calls us to a life of obedience—actively resisting sin and making choices that honor God.
