When we face suffering, we can easily be tempted to despair and rely on ourselves. Yet, it is often through this suffering that we are led into a beautiful reliance on the Lord. God has delivered us before, and he will do it again—sometimes in our trials and sometimes through them. So what are we called to do in our suffering?
